This natural spring water in Cascade, Wisconsin, USA, is located in the woods and offers extremely fresh drinking water to the public. The water has been tested for purity and found fit for drinking purposes. It used to flow through a white pipe, which was fitted between the rocks. However, a company has now removed the white pipe, letting water flow out between the rocks. The flow is steady and fast enough to fill 5 gallons of water in a decent time. Moreover, the water flows right on the ground, which can make the surroundings pretty muddy. There’s no limitation on the amount of water you can harvest from here. The site is accessible to the public for free and open 24/7.

Assuming you’re beginning from Nicholas Creek State Wildlife Area. Please head west on Highway N and cross the Glacier Road. Then cross Highway Road intersection to your left, and you’ll come across a trail to your left. Switch to it and drive for a few miles until you reach a bridge. Look for some rocks with spring water shooting out from between them. Please note that if you reach an intersection on Highway N, you’ve come too far. Also, if you reached Highway V through the trail, you’ve come too far. There are some human settlements in the area, so you’re never lost on the trail.
