The water is heated to 104 degrees after it reaches the ground at more than 130 degrees. Avila Hot Springs is not permitted to be used by children under eight years of age.
Overnight accommodations are available in a variety of options. A cabin can be rented that includes a queen, two or more bunk beds, a fully-equipped bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen. It comfortably sleeps four people. The cabins include cable television, a refrigerator and a microwave. Avila Hot Spring offers both RV and camping parking. Avila Hot Spring offers water slides as well as a pool.

The hot springs offer therapeutic benefits. You can choose to either purchase a day pass, or stay over by renting an RV, tent, or cabin. The day pass gives you unlimited access to the pool and mineral pool. Adults (16 and older) pay $12 for a full day pass, while children 15 and older and senior citizens 55 and older pay $10. A tent site or RV can be rented for $45 per night. Additional people up to six pay $10 each. Night rates for the cabins are $150 on Mondays and Tuesdays, $125 on Wednesdays, and $175 Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. Holiday rates for cabins start at $200.
Avila Hot Springs can be visited all year round. Because of seasonal availability, it's a good idea that you book your cabins ahead of time. The facility is busy on weekends and in summer but not so much during weekdays.
