Description

Beautiful spring located in an idyllic rhododendron thicket just across the Milesburn cabin (Owned By the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club). A short trail leads to the spring (15 yards). You'll find the trail just 20 yards north from the cabin. To collect water, you will probably need a dipper. My children say it's the best water they have ever tasted. Google Maps allows you to search "Milesburn Cabin." However, it is incorrectly located south-west of the Appalachian Trail crossing. It is actually to the north of the crossing.
