Park your car at the parking facility provided by the park and walk towards the water spring located in front of the park. Check with the authority at the Veterans Memorial park if you have to pay a fee in order to use the spring water facility before harvesting water.

Spring water can be accessed by the public as per the timings of St. Helen's park. The park is open from 8 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
