The spring can be found on the right hand side of the road. It is located in a concrete basin with two pipes and a pull-off.
Water runs continuously, and there is a place to put your bottle to refill. Above the concrete basin is the spring house.....unfortunately after talking to the rangers we discovered that they do add chlorine to the water, even though according to them it is very little. They test the water for bacteria at least once per month.
It is located in a beautiful, tranquil park with nearby trout streams and a spectacular waterfall. You can also Google the park.
The park also offers camping.

Route 711 to Ligonier: Take the PA Turnpike north. After turning right, take Route 30 East. Travel approximately. Follow Route 381 for approximately 2 miles to Linn Run State Park. Continue for four miles and make a left at Linn Run Road. Then, follow the signs to Linn Run State Park. Continue on Linn Run Road to enter the park. Follow the gravel road for about one mile . You will find spring on your right.
