Name of Waterfall

Slide Creek Falls

Description

Slide Creek Falls appears to be a very aptly titled waterfall, and likely the sole inspiration for naming Slide Creek in the first place. The falls are a single, continuous sliding cascade which chutes about 375 feet nearly in a perfectly straight line, which can be found near the Green River Lakes at the northwest end of the Wind River Range.
