This is a wonderful freshwater spring. This spring is extremely cold and clean. All are welcome and can be reached 24/7.
"Many locals know this spring. I was lost the first time I tried to find it. Luckily, a nearby resident gave me great directions. Andrea Wiens: I was told about it by a friend who knew my dad. His parents use the spring for many decades."

Directions from the Nearest Address
Take Hwy #7 westward towards Maple Ridge. Turn left onto Nelson St. Turn left on Silverdale. Right on Gaglardi St.; left on Donatelli; right on Manzer. The drive is only 6km long, but it's windy. From Highway 7, it's 6km to the spring. Continue driving until you reach Manzer St. (there are 3 yellow signs pointing left). The spring will be on your right. If you don't, it will pass. There's enough space for your car to park along the side.

The original joke was in the 1970s. Since then, the Piddlin’ tree has been the main water source for Rosswood. A pipe runs from the top of a large cottonwood tree. It is hidden by the thick bark, which conceals the pipe that runs down to the spring just a few feet further away. This water is so delicious, many people will drive the 50 kilometers from Terrace to fill up five gallon buckets.
