About This Waterfall
Belmore Falls has been claimed in some sources to drop 300 meters, however both topographic and anecdotal data suggests its height slightly more than half that (about 160 meters), split between two tiers. The larger upper tier drops about 100-110 meters (330-360 feet) alone.Named after former Governor of New South Wales, an Irish Earl: Somerset Lowry-Corry, the 4th Earl Belmore.
