About This Waterfall
No Information available.This waterfall cascades about 50 feet along Big Creek shortly before it empties into Lake Chelan. The falls appeared to be very scenic in the past, but a large avalanche / flash flood scoured out the Big Creek valley recently and may have altered or even completely buried the falls entirely. There used to be a campground just below the falls as well, but since the avalanche, the whole area is closed off to public access. The falls, if they still exist, may still be visible from the lake but would only be accessible by boat.
