Name of Waterfall

Blackstone Falls

Description

Blackstone Falls is a glacial-melt waterfall which originates from a side-lobe of the Blackstone Glacier and plunges into Blackstone Bay south of the town of Whittier. The falls do not originate from the main tongue of the glacier, and are not likely fed by the majority of the meltwater produced by the melting ice, so the volume of water present in the falls will likely vary dramatically depending on the weather (don't expect the falls to flow forcefully outside the warm summer months).
