About This Waterfall
This waterfall was noted on an old US Army Corp of Engineers Map of the State of Washington but the exact location was vague. Lidar data doesn't indicate any obvious waterfalls to exist on Boundary Creek in this area, so it's looking unlikely that the falls actually exist. It's possible this was just an incorrect or unofficial name for one of the two falls on Sheep Creek a short distance downstream.
