About This Waterfall
Though generally not recognized as such, Bridal Veil Falls is the tallest waterfall in Michigan. The falls skip and slide about 140 feet down the colorful, banded rocky cliffs of Pictured Rocks, spraying directly into Lake Superior. The falls can be distantly seen from Miners Beach, but the best views would be from a small boat or kayak on the lake itself.
