Exit Highway 1 at Popkum, turn south and follow Bridal Falls Road for a little over a kilometers to Page Road, which lead to the parking lot and trailhead. The bottom of the falls are reached via an easy hike of about 5 minutes. Bridal Veil Falls Provincial Park is well signed from Highway 1.Due to its development in a small provincial park, the very aptly named Bridal Veil Falls is one of the most frequently visited and photographed waterfalls of the Fraser Valley. Fed by a small stream draining off the north slopes of Mount Archibald, the falls veil about 300 feet over the side of the Fraser Valley to join the flat farmlands below. The falls are almost always cited as dropping exactly 400 feet (122 meters), which seems to be a figure supported largely by speculation more than anything else. Topographic data suggests the total drop is at least 100 feet less, but an accurate measurement of the falls has yet to take place. The nearby town of Bridal Falls was named for the Bridal Falls post office which was established in 1937. The community had originally wanted to name the post office Bridal Veil Falls after this waterfall, but since there was already another post office with the same name in the province, the name was shortened. The town's name was adopted in 1950. Since the town is marked on maps much more often than the falls and park, the name of the town often incorrectly carries over to the falls without the "veil" part of the name. The name of the waterfall was officially adopted in 1950 after a long established local usage.
