Buttermilk Falls

We are not sure where this waterfall is located, the location listed is an educated guess based on topographic maps. There appears to be a small dam on Landmans Kill at this location, with possibly a natural waterfall beneath it, however it looks to lay on private land and will not be accessible to field check.
