About This Waterfall
The small waterfall is on the left side of Route 108 as you ascend into Smuggler's Notch from Cambridge. There isn't any pullout, so viewing is limited to a quick view as you drive by.Carwash Falls consists of a pair of falls where an unnamed watercourse makes a tiered leap over a pair of treed and rocky ledges right alongside Route 108 on the Cambridge side of Smuggler's Notch. The small stream emerges from thick woods and make a pair of leaps before passing beneath Route 108 as it descends into the valley.
