About This Spring

Description Cold Spring is a favorite of the Amish community. It has been used continuously for many generations. This lovely spring is marked by a rustic, green sign with its name. There are ample parking spaces for cars and buggies. Cold Spring is located near the top of a mountain, which divides Crawford from Warren counties. It is a spring that flows through an area of moderately aged, acidic forest for a few hundred yards before it exits into a small house made from stone and PVC piping. The flow is strong and continuous. Nearest Address Cold Spring Rd. Directions starting from the nearest address From downtown Spartansburg: Follow Rt. 277 – Turn right and continue east on Old Rt.
