Da Jian Shan Scenic Area 大尖山

To begin, go to the Xizhi District, east from the Taipei 101 tower. It is just past the Nangang MRT stop. You will need to take a car or scooter to the top. It's an amazing view.
A Temple, a restaurant and a children's playground are located at the top. If you want to climb the mountain further, follow the road south (not the footpath). Check out the map.
The big white Buddha statue is only a few steps away. A half-dozen pipes will protrude from the rocks. They all flow at different speeds. A few pipes can be found further down the road.
