About This Waterfall
This is the name given by Gregory Plumb, author of "A Waterfall Lover's Guide to the Pacific Northwest", to an entirely man-made feature where the Spokane River is flumed over a concrete diversion dam It should in no way be considered a legitimate waterfall and we are only leaving the record intact in the database for clarification.
