About This Waterfall
East Snow Mountain Falls is a seasonal, multi-stepped ribbon type waterfall which drops over 2,000 feet off of the east side of East Snow Mountain in the heart of the Royal Gorge of the American River. The falls drain from a very small area and will flow with force while there is snow melting, but by the end of July are usually just a trickle, if not dry.
