About This Waterfall

Encinoso Falls is an ephemeral that drops into Oak Creek Canyon just north of Sedona. Topographic data suggests the falls drop about 400 feet, but we've seen reports that indicate it could be as much as 800 feet tall (this appears to be a rather dubious claim however). The falls only flow after heavy rain fall or while snow is melting.
