About This Waterfall
This waterfall flows almost directly into Horseshoe Lake, near Deer Park in the southwest corner of Pend Oreille County. The falls appear to descend over jumbled bedrock which has fallen from the adjacent cliff and at times of low flow, might be partially subterranean. The waterfall was named for one Burrill Exley - the who, what and why of Mr. Exley is unknown.
