About This Waterfall
This is Florida's only legitimate waterfall which doesn't involve a subterranean outlet. Falling Creek drops all of about 5 feet over a shelf of stratified bedrock, which would normally be well under the minimum required size for it to be registered in the database, but because the falls are prominently recognized and Florida is quite lacking in waterfalls, we are making an exception in this case.
