About This Waterfall
This waterfall occurs where Falls Creek plunges directly into the Clearwater River near the end of the Clearwater Valley Road in Wells Gray Provincial Park. Unfortunately, because the falls drop over a modest lava flow which lines the entire bank of the Clearwater, the only possible way to view the falls in an unobstructed way is from a kayak or canoe on the river itself, and this is not necessarily a recommended course of action because the Clearwater is swift and very deep in this area, with Osprey Falls lying just upstream.
