About This Waterfall
Grouse Falls is a tall but moderately low volume waterfall. The falls have been measured at 504 feet in height, however LIDAR models suggest its total drop is more like 540 feet, split between at least five distinct steps. The largest individual drop falls approximately 360 feet, and the lowermost tier falling 90 feet. The remainder of the total height occurs as cascades between the two most prominent drops, as well as two smaller drops at the top of the falls.
