About This Waterfall
This is a curious feature, a short (perhaps 1 foot in height) ledge that extends halfway across the Susquehanna River to an island. The other channel doesn't have this ledge, hence the name Half Falls. Interesting geology aside, this feature hardly qualifies as a waterfall.
