About This Waterfall
The natural waterfall at this location seems to be altered and / or destroyed. A small falls on outlet channel for lake above, which flows through a blasted tunnel (possibly from an underground power station) exists in its place. The natural outlet of the lake appears to be dewatered, but a small dam exists above it suggesting it might still flow occasionally if its inflow exceeds the lakes capacity.
