About This Waterfall
This is the final and likely the largest waterfall along Boyle Creek as it crashes to meet the Toba River. We came to know of the falls thanks to a photograph sequestered in the BC Government's online photography archives, but had no idea where exactly the falls were located for years. We don't know whom the falls were named for, though it is likely it is not for the same Helmcken who's name graces the behemoth falls along the Murtle River in Wells Gray Provincial Park.
