About This Waterfall
High Falls is a twisting horsetail-style drop of 167 feet, topped by a 55-foot tall dam along the Deer River just downstream of the town of Copenhagen. The falls and gorge are bordered on both sides by private property and public access is not allowed without landowner permission.
