About This Waterfall
The USGS GNIS database lists Irvine Falls at the given coordinates, however aerial imagery shows absolutely nothing resembling even the most liberal definition of waterfall at this location. It's possible the falls (likely rapids) were further upstream and are now either buried or inundated as a result of the construction of the Barren River Lake Dam.
