Jagged Ridge Falls

Description

Though the waterfalls pouring off of Jagged Ridge are rather impressive, it's more of a consolation prize for hiking up the Baker River trail. My objective, when I hiked this trail, was to reach Sulphide Creek Falls, the 11th tallest waterfall in the world, at 2,182 feet. However, the creek was running too high, and the brush got too thick to bushwhack further, so it was aborted. This waterfall is in the same vicinity as Sulphide Creek Falls, but can be seen without much effort, though, as mentioned before, the real payoff of the hike is the views of the massive Jagged Ridge rising thousands of feet above Sulphide Creek (and on a clear day, a small portion of the summit of Mt. Shuksan can be seen).
