About This Waterfall
This waterfall can be seen from the Ring Road just east of Skógáfoss, and there is a trail which leads to the base of the falls, however it is not immediately clear where the public is allowed to access the falls from. When we attempted to survey the falls there was no obvious starting point or trailhead near the adjacent Museum in Skógár, and we couldn't find a stile to get over the livestock fences for the neighboring farm either.
