About This Waterfall
Middle Cedar Falls is located within the closed Cedar River Watershed, which supplies drinking water to Seattle, and is not accessible to the public. The falls are the smallest along the Cedar River and consist of a series of 10-15 foot tall punchbowls and cascades a short distance downstream from the large pool at the base of Upper Cedar Falls. Even if the area were not closed to the public, access to this portion of the river would likely prove to be quite difficult.
