About This Waterfall
Chute Montmorency, or Montmorency Falls, is far and away the most famous waterfall in Quebec. The falls drop 77 meters (253 feet) and average about 46 meters (150 feet) in breadth. The height is often quoted as 83 meters (274 feet), but this takes into account the small dam located at the top of the falls.
