Moose Falls

Moose Falls is an officially named waterfall along the Connecticut River locate directly beneath the Highway 3 bridge which crosses the river near Second Connecticut Lake. The falls are effectively located beneath the road, and drop no more than 5 feet in two to three steps. This feature is functionally far too small to be considered a legitimate waterfall - that it's small enough to be hidden literally beneath a 2-lane highway is enough of an indictment to its lack of stature alone.
