About This Waterfall
Schmadribachfall is a moderate to high volume waterfall found near the head of Switzerland's famous Lauterbrunnen valley. The falls drop a total of about 270 meters in three distinct steps, with the largest part of the fall coming as a single booming horsetail type fall which drops about 210 meters by itself. The remainder of the height is split between two smaller tiers upstream of the main drop, plus some minor cascades in between each.
