Apparently access to this waterfall is restricted, but since it appears to lie on National Forest land the reasons for this are curious (most likely that it is the local water supply or that there are private inholdings near the falls).Google Maps lists a nearby road as Skotchman Falls Road, but whether this is a typo or the proper spelling per the locals is not known.
