About This Waterfall
This presumably unnamed waterfall was made famous by a photograph which appeared in National Geographic, showing the falls with a very large volume of water hurtling over a barren cliff into the broken ice floes of Arctic Bay at the north end of Baffin Island. The falls likely only flow during the absolute warmest months of the summer when the snow and permafrost is melting.
