About This Waterfall
This waterfall can be seen directly across the valley from Pitchfork Falls along the Perry Creek Trail (see Pitchfork Falls for directions). This is one of two major seasonal waterfalls encountered along the Perry Creek Trail along the Mountain Loop Highway. The falls flume down from the heights of Mount Dickerman, veiling into a steep gully high above the trail. The falls are not terribly easy to see from the trail but there is one spot where the majority of the falls are visible. This stream has a bit of resilience and does flow into the summer, but it usually runs totally dry by the end of July.
