About This Waterfall
The trail to the "real" upper falls is no longer maintained, stopping at the actual DeSoto Falls, which is often erroneously referred to as the upper falls. The real upper falls is at the end of the unmaintained trail, on the third tributary dropping into Frogtown Creek. The topo maps show "falls", four hashmarks in all.
