About This Waterfall

Woodfin Cascades is one of the taller waterfalls in North Carolina, dropping over 200 feet down a long, steep sliding cascade. The falls can be seen across the valley from the Mount Lyn Lowry Overlook along the Blue Ridge Parkway, but trees surrounding the falls will obscure it from view outside of the winter months. The falls are on private property and as such cannot be accessed up close.
