The road is paved and accessible year-round, though winter travelers should be prepared for possible snow and ice on the McKenzie Highway. ## What to Expect ### The Pools Belknap Hot Springs features two mineral-fed soaking pools: - **Lower Pool** — Open to day-use visitors. Hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The day-use rate is $8 per person per hour or $15 per person for a full day. Towels are available for an additional $2. Payment is by credit card only. - **Upper Pool** — Reserved for overnight guests. Hours are 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM. - **Lodge guests** may access pools from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
