About This Waterfall
Bleiksárfoss is a series of plunges and cascades which can be seen in the town of Eskifjörður in the Eastfjord region of Iceland. The falls drop in at least eight distinct steps, though very likely more, with a total drop somewhere in the vicinity of 100 meters (330 feet) but exactly how tall is not known - we did not have the opportunity to properly survey the falls during our visit in 2014. The tallest individual step of the falls appears to have a drop of 20-30 meters.
