About This Waterfall
These falls are located along Highway 140, in the south central portion of Oregon, east of the town of Lakeview. The small town of Adel is 2 3/4 miles to the east of the falls, which are easily seen from the highway. Closer views can be had by scrambling down to the stream. This small waterfall is framed by a scenic wall of Columnar Basalt. The falls are pretty, and would easily make a good scene for photographers, but unless you're passing through, it's definitely not worth going out of your way to see this one. I visited this one over 10 years ago on the way back from Salt Lake City, so my information and mental image of the area is sketchy at best.
