About This Waterfall
Elk Falls is a rather tall, though relatively low volume waterfall found along Elk Creek just outside of Chilliwack in the lower Fraser Valley. The falls consist of three sections, the largest individual drop standing around 100 meters (320 feet) tall itself. The falls are prominently visible from Highway 1 in the Fraser Valley, but a close approach requires a hike of moderate difficulty which crosses private land.
