About This Waterfall
Flueseelifall is often reported as dropping about 400 feet (125 meters), however both topographic data and aerial imagery suggest it to be much, much taller. The falls appear to legitimately begin immediately below Flueseeli (the small source lake for the stream) and immediately drop some 200 meters (650 feet) in a horsetailing fall. The stream then cascades for another 140 meters or so - some of which appears to be over talus but most of which looks to be legitimate bedrock cascades - before encountering the final 125 meter drop at the base of the falls. This brings to total height of the falls to about 1,525 feet (465 meters).
