About This Waterfall
High Falls along Kaaterskill Creek just outside of Palenville occurs along private land and is not accessible to the public. It is possible to look downstream to the crest of the falls from a bridge where some interesting stratified rocks are visible in the creek bed, but there is no way to see the 40 foot tall falls without trespassing.
