About This Waterfall
We attempted to survey Høgalmefossen in June of 2011 when we visited Oldedalen, however inclement weather rendered the falls all but obscured by fog. From the little we could see of the falls and what we know from other data compiled from third parties, it appears to be a singular horsetailing fall which veils about 255 meters (835 feet) down the side of the valley. The falls are easily visible (providing the valley isn't obscured by low clouds or fog) from Route 724 as one drives to Briksdalsbreen in Oldedalen.
