This waterfall occurs within private property but may be visible from a public road downstream of the falls.The USGS lists Parson Falls as occurring upstream from this waterfall in the GNIS database, however we're told that the proper spelling is Parsons Falls - the name coming from a family who owned land around the falls - so in following this waterfall should be known as Lower Parsons Falls.
