About This Waterfall

From Battle Ground follow SR 503 north for 5 1/2 miles to NE Rock Creek Road and turn right. NE Rock Creek Road will eventually become NE Lucia Falls Road, and Lucia Falls County Park will be encountered 5 miles from SR 503 along this route on the righthand side. Alternatively one can reach this site by driving south from Yacolt for 6 miles. The falls are a 5 minute walk from the parking lot.Lucia Falls is one of five named waterfalls along the East Fork Lewis River near Battle Ground. The falls drop about 15 feet over a channeled bedrock dam into a rather sizable pool. When the river runs low in the summer the falls are quite lackluster but during the wet season the river swells such that this waterfall can be quite impressive for its size.
