About This Waterfall
Colts Creek Falls is a low volume waterfall which drops into the Niagara Gorge at the Whirlpool. The drainage area of the stream has been irrevocably altered by urban development above, but some water does apparently still flow down the falls - its exact source is not clear but it is likely runoff from storm drains and potentially industrial areas.
